REGISTRATION PROCESS

STEPS – REGISTRATION

Following you can find the steps to register for the event. If you want to make a corporate registration you must first contact with our coordinator Patricia Montero at patricia.montero@pmi.org.pe to obtain the proper code of your corporate registration which is required to register and select the conferences of your interest.

1. Registration 
   Fill out the registration form to find out which type it fits,  and deposit the registration fee with the account information provided. Do not worry, the system will proceed to calculate the proper fee and send you an email with the same information for confirmation.
2. Confirmation  
   Log in here with your username, password and ID number or passport provided in the previous step and send the scanned deposit voucher or email transfer of the payment. Enter the operation code that appears in your voucher / transfer email. If you have registered as a student, you must attach a scan of your university card on the same file.
3. Select your conferences
   After performing the previous step, the system allows you to select the conferences of your preference, remember that we have 3 tracks in parallel and there is a maximum capacity every one of them. Once you have finished this step you have completed your registration for the event, and now you have to wait for email of verification.
4. Verification 
   Once you have completed your registration, we will review the compliance of the information and proceed to send you an email with the confirmation of your personal information and track selection. At this point you can correct any mistake and change it on-line. This step may take up to a day.
5. Day of the event 
   Remember to take your identity card or passport for identification  and  whether you're a student your university card.
